Duct Cleaning Process

Steps in the Duct Cleaning Process:

  1. Before starting the duct cleaning work, our certified technician will perform an inspection of the HVAC system.
  2. We create negative air pressure using our commercial vacuum connected to the main supply duct.
  3. Compressed air is used to clean the supply vents with agitation tools.
  4. We switch our vacuum to the return duct and repeat the same process to clean all cold air return vents.
  5. Agitation tools/brushes are used to clean the main supply and return ducts, channels, and joint ducts, pushing all dirt/debris toward our vacuum.
  6. We offer a FREE inspection of your FURNACE BLOWER and AC COIL, or cleaning (if duct cleaning service is purchased).
  7. Access holes are created as needed for the job, and all openings are sealed according to NADCA standards.
  8. We provide free air balancing if necessary.
  9. A fogging machine is used to disinfect the entire duct system.
  10. We take BEFORE/AFTER photos and present them to you once the service is complete.
